Booking/Contract Conclusion

The travel contract between the person booking and the TUI Reisecenter Austria GmbH Nachfolge GmbH & Co KG will not come into being until the online booking through TUI Reisecenter Austria GmbH Nachfolge GmbH & Co KG with all its performance characteristics has been confirmed in writing.

Conditions of Cancellation

The booking may be cancelled up to 14 days prior to the date of travel. In this case the cost of the booking will be reimbursed to the person booking and a flat-rate of € 35,-- will be charged as a handling fee.

The cost of the trip cannot be reimbursed in the case of a later cancellation of the booking up to 13 days prior to the date of travel or in the case of not taking part in the trip.

Change of Reservation/Change of Name

Any alterations of a booking already confirmed in writing must be accepted and reconfirmed in writing by TUI Reisecenter Austria GmbH Nachfolge GmbH & Co KG.

Warranty

The customer has the right to make a warranty claim should certain services be insufficient or not rendered. The customer agrees that TUI Reisecenter Austria GmbH Nachfolge GmbH & Co KG should deliver sufficient service or improve the inadequate service within an appropriate time limit instead of his claiming redhibitory action or a reduction in price. This can be corrected either by solving the problem or by offering a similar or higher compensationary service which must be agreed upon explicitly with the customer.

The customer is obliged to inform the representative of TUI Reisecenter Austria GmbH, Nachfolge GmbH & Co KG immediately about any shortcoming in fulfilling the contract which he ascertains during the trip. The customer will be informed of an appropriate contact address with the confirmation of the booking.

TUI Reisecenter Austria GmbH Nachfolge GmbH & Co KG reserves the right to change the confirmed accommodation at short notice. Reasonable alternative accommodation will be provided which corresponds to the category of the original booking.

Disclaimer of Warranty

TUI Reisecenter Austria GmbH Nachfolge GmbH & Co KG is not liable in the case of tours considered to be high risk (e.g. skiing accidents, climbing accidents, rafting accidents...) nor for consequences which result in the course of these trips in as much as they occur outside the tour company’s area of duty.

Besides this TUI Reisecenter Austria GmbH Nachfolge GmbH & Co KG is not liable for the loss of objects of value apart from in the case of deliberate intent and gross negligence.

Price Changes – Pricing

The pricing on the online travel platforms is carried out with so-called „from-prices“. The actual ascertainment of price may vary within the booking depending on the booking procedure used. The current price depends on availability and customer demand. The price categories for each service offered can be seen in the respective description of services.

Conditions of Confidentiality

TUI Reisecenter Austria GmbH Nachfolge GmbH & Co KG guarantees to use incidental customer data collected, solely in connection with the processing of the organisation of the trip and will use and save it only for market research and internal marketing purposes.
